We wanted to distill all the complicated science into just a couple of simple principles that you can always remember. There’s loads of great choices and optimisations you can make when it comes to food but in the end, 90% of your results will come from following the following simple principles:

Eat enough 

If you’re going to get stronger - you HAVE to provide your body with the fuel it needs. This means eating enough food. No silly diets and no starving yourself. Follow our simple portion guide to help you do this without having to count every calorie (because frankly no one wants that). 

Follow the “Can’t Go Wrong Plate”

Again simple stuff but you need to give your body the full range of nutrients it needs in order to get stronger and look after you long term. Rather than counting macros and micros, we’ve created an easy visual guide to help you work out what proportions of each food type should be on your plate. We’ve called it the “Can’t Go Wrong Plate”.
