Shipping 

All deliveries are tracked for convenience and peace of mind. 

UK Mainland

Standard tracked delivery: £3.25 ( 2-5 working days)

International

Standard tracked delivery: £5.95 ( up to 14 working days)

Returns

We accept online returns within 28 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 28-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original, unused and resell-able condition.

Exchange or store credit 

If you wish to exchange an item (for example for a different size) or receive store credit then Strongly will cover the postage cost - providing you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item for a full refund then Strongly will cover half the postage cost and the remaining half will be deducted from your refund. As with exchanges and store credit, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

To make a return, please email support@strongly.health with: 

  1. your order number

  2. Items you are returning 

  3. Reason for return

  4. Your address

  5. Whether you would like to exchange your item (and what for), receive store credit or a refund. 

We’ll help you process your return and provide a shipping label for your purchased item(s). Simply repackage your item and drop it off at your nearest collection point. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

N.B. we reserve the right to charge for returns if we deem the volume of your returns to be excessive.
