NUTRITIONAL EVALUATION:

Our favourite shake (and by the way we don’t have a deal with them we just genuinely think they’re the best) contains 22g of protein per scoop which will really help get you to your daily target. It also contains 18 amino acids including 8 essential ones. Mixing with oat powder means you’re also adding roughly another 11g of protein and 62g of carbs per 100g. Proteins are key for muscle growth and repair, especially if paired with carbohydrates which will aid absorption.
