Vegan Avocado and Chocolate Mousse

PREP/COOK TIME:

INGREDIENTS:
1 large avocado
25gr of raw cacao powder
4 tbsp of molasses
1 tsp of vanilla paste
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the avocado in a food processor, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Taste, and if not sweet enough add more molasses.
Spoon the mousse into 2 pot and let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
VARIATIONS:
You can add some fresh mint when blending if you like it, or some chopped candied orange peels when the mix is blended.
